KNS SALES LLC operates victory-coin.com and is the seller of all items advertised on this website. After you submit an order on this site, checkout and payment are completed through Shopify. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Shipping Policy.

Company Information

(1) Agreement to Terms

KNS SALES LLC is the retailer of all items described on victory-coin.com. The purchase contract is formed when you complete checkout and payment through Shopify. All terms of sale are controlled by KNS SALES LLC. Using this site or completing an order means you accept these terms.

(2) Products and Pricing

Commemorative coins featured in our offers are promotional collectibles. The advertised product price for those coins is $0.00. The amount charged for each pack is a shipping and handling fee based on quantity selected. Optional upsell items (including additional collectible coins and guaranteed delivery coverage) are separate products charged at the prices shown at checkout. Applicable sales tax may be added by Shopify where required.

These items are commemorative collectibles only. They are not legal tender, not bullion investment products, and have no guaranteed resale or numismatic value. This website is not affiliated with any government, political campaign, political party, or public figure.

(3) Orders and Payment

Orders are paid through Shopify checkout. Available payment methods are those enabled on our Shopify store (for example cards and other methods shown at checkout). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears fraudulent, incomplete, or in violation of these terms.

(4) Returns and Refunds

You may request a return or replacement within 60 days of purchase as described in our Refund Policy. Optional paid upsell products are refundable within that window when returned as required. The 100% money-back guarantee covers the price of paid product only. Shipping and handling charges for promotional/free coins are not refundable, because the customer chose to receive the product and accepted the shipping fee. If an item is defective or we sent the wrong item, we will replace it or refund the applicable charges, including shipping where appropriate. See Refund & Shipping Policy for return instructions.

(5) Shipping

Shipping and handling for promotional coin packs is included in the pack amount shown at checkout. Upsell items ship together with the order and do not add a separate shipping charge. Processing and delivery times are stated in the Shipping Policy.

(6) Copyright

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. The copying, redistribution, use or publication of any such matters or any part of the Site is strictly prohibited. Site visitors do not acquire ownership rights to any content, document or other materials viewed through the Site.

(7) Limited License; Permitted Uses

Visitors are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license (a) to access and use the Site strictly in accordance with this Agreement; (b) to use the Site solely for internal, personal, non-commercial purposes; and (c) to print out discrete information from the Site solely for internal, personal, non-commercial purposes and provided that all copyright and other policies are maintained.

(8) Restrictions and Prohibitions on Use

Visitors may not (a) copy, print, republish, display, distribute, transmit, sell, rent, lease, loan or otherwise make available in any form or by any means all or any portion of the Site or any Content and Materials retrieved therefrom; (b) use the Site or any materials obtained from the Site to develop commercial distribution systems; (c) create compilations or derivative works of any Content and Materials from the Site; (d) use any Content and Materials from the Site in any manner that may infringe any copyright or proprietary rights; (e) remove, change or obscure any copyright notice or proprietary notice; (f) use the Site in a manner that violates any state or federal law.

The information provided is offered as-is, without warranty, and the reader assumes all risks from using the information herein. We disclaim any and all liability from the information provided, including health, medical, financial, political, or other claims. Product images are for illustration; actual appearance may vary.

(10) Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
